How do I identify a plant?
Open Plant Identifier and choose the identification or scan option. Take a clear photo of the plant or select an existing image from your photo library.
Why does the app need access to my camera or photos?
Camera and photo access allows you to capture or select images for plant identification. You can manage these permissions at any time through your iPhone settings.
Why was my plant identified incorrectly?
Photo-based identification may not always be completely accurate. Results can be affected by lighting, image quality, plant condition, camera angle, or similarities between species.
How can I get better identification results?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the plant centered in the image. Avoid blurry photos and try to clearly show distinctive leaves, flowers, stems, or other identifying features.
Can Plant Identifier provide plant care information?
Plant Identifier may provide useful information related to identified plants and general plant care. Available information may vary depending on the plant and app version.

The camera or photo library is not working. What should I do?
Open your iPhone Settings and make sure Plant Identifier has permission to access your camera and photos. After changing permissions, close and reopen the app.
How do I manage my subscription?
If you purchased a Plant Identifier subscription through Apple's App Store, you can manage it through your Apple account subscription settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store can be canceled from your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases processed through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled directly by Apple.
The app is not working correctly. What should I do?
Make sure you are using the latest version of Plant Identifier and that your device has an active internet connection if the feature requires online processing. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
How can I report a bug?
